Holdout offers an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase. If you start a 7-day free trial, you won't be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the standard price. You keep ownership of the notes and photos you add to check-ins. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to the participants of your duels so the Service can function. Holdout and its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without permission.
