HOLDOUT is a competitive habit app built around 1v1 duels and solo goals. Check in with proof or quantity progress, earn XP and Spark, climb weekly leagues, and share milestones with friends. Pick the habit, set a daily goal if it's a quantity challenge, choose a duration (21 days is still the recommended default), add an optional wager or stake, mark it sensitive if needed, then invite your rival. + butonuna dokun → Düello Oluştur. Missing the day's required progress breaks your streak. For proof habits, that means no valid check-in before local midnight. For quantity habits, it means not hitting the daily target. If you miss the day and don't have a freeze to protect it, the duel swings against you. Günün gerekli ilerlemesini tamamlamamak seriyi kırar. Yes. For habits that make more sense as a number - water, steps, pages, distance, reps, and more - you can set a daily quantity goal and log progress directly in the duel. Evet. For proof-based duels, a photo check-in is the point. The proof opens in a full-screen story-style viewer where the opponent can review it. A dispute opens a second step instead of instantly killing the day. The uploader can submit a rebuttal with more context or another photo. If needed, disputes can move into admin review. Valid progress grants XP, and approved or undisputed progress becomes part of your lifetime level track. Daily quests, weekly quests, streak multipliers, and duel wins all add to the same progression loop. Your weekly XP sets your league rank; lifetime XP continues to power your permanent level. Yes. Sensitive / private duels are part of the current app. Marking a duel sensitive keeps its achievements out of the public social feed while preserving the duel itself between participants. Evet. In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, duels, check-ins, and stored photos. You can also email privacy@holdout.hamitcf.info.
